Welcome to the Educational Opportunity Center of Westchester
EOC provides FREE training to eligible populations.
"Come To Learn, Go On To Earn"

The Educational Opportunity Center of Westchester, or “EOC” as the Center is popularly known, is a non-traditional adult educational facility that provides tuition-free, non-credit academic and vocational training opportunities to educationally and economically disadvantaged individuals and dislocated workers in a supportive environment.  Funded by the State University of New York, University Center for Academic and Workforce Development, and administered by Westchester Community College, EOC’s mission is to improve the area’s workforce by enhancing the academic preparedness, vocational skill competency levels, and work readiness skills of adult learners.
Our programs are available to individuals who meet our income guidelines and are interested in furthering their education, and /or enhancing employment opportunities when training is completed. Read more
